GourmandIt is a great plea­sure to work with the author Hen­rik Aflo­dal, spe­cially with the book Whisky–Japan. After our sec­ond pro­duc­tion together, we made it to Gour­mand World Cook­book Award. We will be Thurs­day, Feb­ru­ary 11, 2010 in Paris to know if we made it all the way. The prize giv­ing cer­e­mony and the Paris Cook­book Fair will both take place at Le 104, the new artis­tic cen­ter of the City of Paris. The best of the best is par­tic­i­pat­ing at the Fair. How fun can it be…
